Job Description Partner with Business Leaders to develop and execute talent solutions for their business objectives and challenges Partner with HR CoE’s to support the design, roll out, and execution of programs. Champion initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, inclusion, and cultural alignment Manage country-level HR processes including performance management, compensation cycles, and employee relations Assist leaders in navigating organizational change, providing coaching and frameworks for effective decision making Leverage HR data analytics and dashboards to identify trends, measure impact, and influence leadership decisions Support local HR compliances. Partner with Business Leaders to develop and execute talent solutions for their business objectives and challenges Partner with HR CoE’s to support the design, roll out, and execution of programs. Qualifications 9-12 years of experience as HR Business Partner, Senior Generalist, or related role with progressive responsibilities throughout tenure. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience) Good knowledge of HR domain – employee relations, employment law, performance management, etc. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience partnering and interacting in a multicultural environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
