This highly collaborative role partners with product managers, UX designers, customers, and engineers to build high-quality analytics solutions that are core to the ServiceNow What you get to do in this role: Deliver Customer Value Engage with customers to identify requirements and use cases for the Performance Analytics product line. Evangelize analytics capabilities to drive awareness, enablement, and adoption. Integrate usability studies, research, and market insights into product roadmaps that deliver clear customer value. Lead and Execute Manage stakeholders, communicate priorities, and build alignment. Collaborate across teams to execute the product roadmap and deliver exceptional solutions. Take ownership and drive outcomes across roles and organizational boundaries. Make an Impact Shape the vision and strategy for analytics products that unlock new market opportunities. Contribute to a high-performing product team that delivers meaningful outcomes. Influence other product teams as a domain expert. Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. Domain expertise in analytics, data products, semantic layers, and/or knowledge graphs. 8+ years of software product management experience. Strong understanding of the data and analytics landscape and how organizations leverage data in near real-time to power AI and innovation. Excellent prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activities. Customer-obsessed mindset: skilled at identifying root problems and translating them into scalable product solutions. Proven ability to build deep customer relationships and deliver customer-centric outcomes. Ability to inspire and align engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Technical acumen and experience collaborating with developers and architects to build scalable, reliable platform services.
