Description
Category Management & Strategic Sourcing of Facilities OSM (Off Site Manufacturing) CSA and MEP Subcontract Works Package Recommend resource levels across procurement sourcing categories, projects and functions. Establish procedures to track collaborator, customer, and partner happiness with key suppliers. Recommend targets to improve value, such as growing revenue, reducing spend, enhancing purchasing efficiency, improving customer service, and managing suppliers effectively. Analyze sourcing trends and make recommendations for assigned categories. Participate in supplier segmentation and strategic goal setting. Develop category strategies for managed categories and validate strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers/s and internal partners. 7 years of experience in Semiconductor industry, EPC functions, facilities procurement functions. Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Confirmed experience in category management and strategic sourcing. Strong negotiating and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively maintain relationships with various individuals involved. Advanced skills in material cost structure understanding and analysis. Experience in construction and understands the standard procurement process Strong Knowledge in OSM (Off-Site Manufacturing) Knowledgeable in MEP (Mechanical Electrical Process) Knowledgeable in CSA (Civil Structure & Architectural) Provide market intelligence and category price trends to relevant internal customers. Develop a contract strategy for suppliers in assigned categories and build, negotiate, supervise and enforce contracted terms and conditions. Collaborate with Customers to Deliver Strategic Solutions. Develop and maintain expertise in the assigned spend categories through relationships with key customers. Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships to improve cost-effectiveness, supply chain efficiency, and resilience. Lead Site Supplier Performance and Relationships Own procurement process for designated areas and accounts Negotiate with suppliers to meet business needs Support capital budgeting and cash flow management, and the execution of Global Procurement strategies Handle cost saving initiatives and metric Implement cost savings and process improvement programs Have deep knowledge to serve as a consultant for procurement process and supplier issues.
