Description Seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our outpatient Oncology and Infusion team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–3 years of oncology and infusion nursing experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical setting. Responsibilities include chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration, central line access, management of infusion reactions, and patient education. Applicants must hold a current RN license and be ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certified (or willing to obtain upon hire). Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and adaptability within a small, team-based environment are essential. EMR proficiency and familiarity with outpatient oncology workflows are required. This is a key role on a collaborative team dedicated to delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate cancer care. Requirements Education / Experience / Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Unrestricted RN-Registered Nurse of California. Two year of clinical experience REQUIRED. Infusion and Oncology experience REQUIRED. BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider upon hire. ONS Certification Effective verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to exercise collaboration, negotiation and other interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the pathophysiology, common treatments, medications, complications and prevention strategies for area of clinical practice. Knowledge of QSEN Competencies: Quality and Patient Safety Education core nursing competencies. Thorough knowledge of nursing process and/or surgical procedures. Thorough knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote effective with patient/families and staff interactions. Ability to navigate electronic health record (EHR) and successfully complete competency. Intravenous treatments, wound care and medication administration skills at competent level. Ability to demonstrate flexibility, self-motivation. Ability to utilize analytical skills related to collection, synthesis, analysis and reporting of data. Basic PC skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel required. Pay Range: $69.03 – 91.00/hour *This position may regularly work, store, prepare, receive, unpack, transport, dispose of, or administer drug(s) identified as hazardous, or potentially hazardous, by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) for purposes of USP 800.
