We’re looking for a Tech Lead / Lead Full Stack Engineer who thrives on technical ownership, mentoring others, and driving architecture-level decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll help shape the design and direction of our fast-scaling SaaS platform — used by enterprise sales teams to optimize market coverage, improve performance, and unlock revenue growth. 👥 About the Team You’ll join a remote, cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and engineers who are passionate about solving real-world problems with scalable software. We're building a modern, cloud-native application that leverages: Frontend: React + TypeScript Backend: Node.js + GraphQL Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, ECS, Aurora, Step Functions) Data: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, DocumentDB AI/ML (optional): LangChain, OpenAI, vector databases This is an environment where your voice matters, your decisions have impact, and your leadership drives outcomes. 🛠️ What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable features and system components Lead architecture discussions and define technical standards for the team Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and design sessions Partner with Product and Design to shape the roadmap and define requirements Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability across the stack Help evolve our engineering culture, bringing best practices in testing, CI/CD, and DevOps Serve as a go-to technical expert for Full Stack development in React + Node.js ✅ What You Bring Required Experience & Skills 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, ideally in full-stack development Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and GraphQL Deep understanding of cloud-native systems and experience deploying to AWS (serverless or containerized) Solid grasp of both SQL and NoSQL data modeling and performance Proven track record of technical leadership — driving architecture, mentoring others, and owning delivery Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences Passion for clean code, scalable systems, and driving high-impact work in agile environments Nice-to-Have / Bonus Points Experience with AI/ML tools like OpenAI, LangChain, or vector databases Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices Experience working in global, distributed teams Contributions to open-source or experience leading engineering initiatives 💡 Why Join Us Join a mission-driven team helping enterprise sales orgs unlock performance and scale Own meaningful, large-scale systems from day one Collaborate with smart, humble people who value impact over ego Fully remote position within Mexico, with a flexible work culture Competitive compensation and benefits Work with modern technologies — React, GraphQL, AWS serverless, and AI/ML Benefits Market Leading Compensation Package.
