Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Staff Logistics Management Analyst to lead the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) of the Deep Space Advanced Radar Capability (DARC) program. The ILS IPT is responsible for planning, developing, and executing the ILS functions across the DARC program in collaboration with Engineering and Program Management. The ideal candidate should have a broad foundational knowledge of logistics functions typical within Department of Defense (DoD) programs and experience leading large teams. Job Duties Include: Lead a team of logisticians, technical editors, training developers, and property managers across the ILS lifecycle of the DARC program. Oversee the DARC Technical Order (TO) development and delivery. Oversee the DARC Training curriculum development and delivery. Oversee and manage the material management accountability system across the DARC program. Oversee the completion of ILS CDRLs. Oversee warehouse activities and material movement across various locations. Oversee and collaborate with engineering to ensure material procurements are properly planned and executed within official PLM and MRP tools. Develop future proposals for Interim Contractor Support (ICS) or Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) contracts for the DARC System. Build an effective organization responsible for all current and future DARC sustainment activities. Basic Qualifications Active DoD Secret clearance at the time of application 12 years with a Bachelors degree, 10 years with a Masters degree, 8 years with a PHD Experience with executing ILS functions across the development lifecycle (i.e. Design, Fielding, Sustainment) Familiar with the development of (TO’s) Familiar with the development of System Training Curriculum Experience with warehouse operations Familiar with property management and material accountability systems (i.e. SAP) Experience developing Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA) reports Experience with managing a technical baseline and engineering bill of materials (BOM’s) within an official Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool Experience with proposal development for sustainment activities Previous experience leading teams of 10 or more individuals Ability to travel up to 10% domestically Preferred Qualifications Previous DARC program experience Ability to work within the Atlassian tool set (Jira, Confluence) Ability to apply Agile Principles Experience with Northrop Grumman’s Mission PLM system and engineering drawing processes Experience with Northrop Grumman’s SAP and MRP systems and material accountability processes Primary Level Salary Range: $120,900.00 - $181,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
