ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Staff Marketing Data Analyst to help us grow smarter. You’ll bring analytical rigour, marketing intuition, and a deep understanding of gamer behaviour to inform strategy, lead analytics for key business areas, and drive measurable growth across teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the analytics agenda for Marketing and Growth, becoming a trusted partner to both teams.
  • Develop and evolve a KPI framework to track performance across the funnel and enable data-driven strategies.
  • Connect company-level OKRs into actionable, channel-specific metrics that guide performance and accountability.
  • Optimize and automate marketing funnels and data pipelines, leveraging API integrations and tooling to streamline analysis and reporting.
  • Analyze marketing performance across paid, organic, influencer, and community channels; identify opportunities to improve ROI and player acquisition.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, user acquisition, and creative teams to support campaign development with actionable insights.
  • Conduct cohort analyses, A/B testing evaluations, attribution modelling, and customer segmentation to inform decisions.
  • Forecast player growth, campaign outcomes, and marketing spend with statistical models and business intuition.
  • Deliver compelling, data-driven narratives to stakeholders to support go-to-market strategies, content launches, and major updates.
