Responsibilities You will be responsible to: perform assessment and reassessment of all the patients form the diagnoses by looking at lab results and recommend relevant treatment calculate the correct dosage and provide medication prescription accordingly make a regular follow-up of all patients or as requested evaluate patient's condition and make changes in the treatment plan accordingly refer the patient to other relevant health facilities as per the health need continually work toward enhancing competencies in a clinical setting under the supervision of Consultants and other faculty and staff participate in educational activities, such as CMEs, Grand Rounds, and Journal Clubs, where applicable keep aware of infection control practices and follow the same in the workplace support the department in teaching activities to postgraduate students of Medical College. Requirements You should have: MBBS degree from the HEC recognized university, however, an additional diploma or MCPS in a relevant field will be preferred at least seven years post MBBS experience in related areas or at least four years in case of additional diploma or MCPS ability to understand issues from the patient's perspective ability to maintain continuous open and consistent communication with faculty, staff, patients, and their families. ability to make decisions by weighing several factors and to develop solutions that address the root cause of the problem and prevent recurrence. ability to act quickly to address a crisis situation drawing on appropriate resources ability to counsel patients and their families and to adapt content, style, tone and medium of communication to suit the target audience's language, cultural background and level of understanding. good written communication skills, especially with regard to patient care documentation.
Responsibilities
