REQUIREMENTS

  • Food Safety Certificate
  • 1 -2 years experience in a customer service role handling cash and various types of transactions.
  • Familiarity and comfort with Toast Point of Sales System Physical Job Requirements
  • Can lift and carry 20 pounds.
  • Can stand for long periods of time.

DUTIES

  • Take customer orders, ensuring accuracy while providing excellent customer service.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures.

  • Cook and assemble food items following prescribed recipes and menu guidelines.
  • Serve food and drinks to customers with attention to detail and adherence to presentation standards.
  • Operate cooking equipment and maintain a clean kitchen area
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a fun and enjoyable work environment, contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper glove usage and sanitation practices, to uphold food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and assist in tasks as needed.
  • Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the store.
