This role offers a unique opportunity to drive cutting-edge machine learning initiatives in a high-impact healthcare environment. You will own complex ML problems end-to-end, including fine-tuning and deploying large language models to optimize clinical outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will influence technical strategy, shape AI system design, and implement rigorous evaluation frameworks. This position involves both hands-on engineering and mentoring responsibilities, guiding other engineers while setting high standards for production ML systems. Your work will directly impact patient care, making healthcare more accessible, efficient, and effective.
