Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in ML with a focus on NLP and Generative AI
• Strong Python & Django skills; experience with monolithic apps
• Hands-on deployment of LLMs (BERT, GPT), fine-tuning models
• Deep understanding of sentiment analysis & NLP pipelines
• Production experience with Red Hat Linux & Windows Server

Desired Skills & Experience

• MLOps, Docker/Kubernetes familiarity
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
