As a Staff Mobile Engineer at Teamworks, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our mobile ecosystem. You’ll lead the development of an ambitious initiative to unify multiple existing mobile applications—such as AMS, Nutrition, and Strength & Conditioning—into a cohesive, high-performance mobile experience. Your expertise in React Native will be crucial as you spearhead this multi-phase initiative, helping ensure that the new mobile platform is scalable, efficient, and user-friendly. You’ll be deeply involved in building new applications and integrating existing ones, while driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure the success of our unified mobile experience.

THE IDEAL RECRUIT - SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Demonstrated ability to write clean, type-safe, and maintainable code using TypeScript, with a focus on improving code reliability and development efficiency in mobile applications
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining end-to-end testing strategies for mobile applications, ensuring reliability and user satisfaction
• Knowledge of Re.Pack for React Native to optimize mobile application performance, modularize codebases, or improve the build and deployment process

The pay range for this role is:
210,000 - 210,000 USD per year(Remote (United States)
