Main Purpose of Job Vendor payment and staff reimbursement. Review the correctness of expenses. Receiving invoices, pay cheque and send cheque to vendors. Prepare voucher for allocation expense. Vendor payment for urgent cases. Job Description Review the correctness and appropriated approval of documents including record payment transaction and prepare cheque for vendors in People Soft System. (Due on 10th, 20th and 28th of each month) Review the correctness and appropriated approval of documents including record payment transaction in PeopleSoft system and prepare file transfer for staff reimbursement (Due on 2th, 15th and 25th of each month). Review the correctness and appropriated approval of document including record payment transaction in PeopleSoft system and prepare file transfer for petty cash, advance staff and medical check up reimbursement. Prepare journal voucher for allocate expenses for all departments for month ended closing such as utilities , rental , stationary etc. Prepare Cheque for urgent cases. Experiences Bachelor degree in accounting. Good computer literacy especially MS excel. High responsibility and can work under pressure. At least 2-3 years experience in accounting field. Taxation background is preferred. Good Computer literacy. Good Communication Skill. Knowledge in accounting and taxation. Responsibilities

Responsible for processing vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and petty cash using the PeopleSoft system. The role involves reviewing expense correctness, preparing journal vouchers for monthly closing, and handling urgent payment cases.
