  • Be confident in phlebotomy, IM injections, and vaccinations
  • Communicate clearly and kindly, making patients feel comfortable and heard
  • Be open-minded, inclusive, and respectful towards people of all backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities
  • Have an understanding of LGBT+ health needs and a willingness to work in a gender-affirming way
  • Bring reliability, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
  • Speak fluent English (Spanish is an advantage)

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Your role will be clear, consistent, and patient-focused — with no surprises or overwhelming caseloads.

On a typical day, you will:

  • Take blood samples (phlebotomy) with skill and care
  • Administer intramuscular (IM) injections safely and efficiently
  • Provide vaccinations for adults and children
  • Keep accurate, detailed records of all procedures
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection prevention

Every task you perform will directly support patient health and the smooth running of our clinic , and you’ll have the time and support to do each one properly.
