Registered Nurse and active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
Experience in management of complex health needs

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Registered Nurse and active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Up to 3 months’ experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
A commitment to supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities aligned with the values of St. Michael’s House. This must be clearly demonstrated in your CV, cover letter, and interview.
Understanding of Health Act 2007, HIQA standards, and Interim New Directions.
Experience in management of complex health needs and positive behaviour support is desirable.
Commitment to person-centred, rights-based support.
A strong focus on building respectful, collaborative relationships and working as part of a supportive team.
