We are seeking motivated nurses, with a passion for excellence within the delivery of patient care to join our team caring for Frail Elderly patients on ward 10A.
As a Staff Member on Ward 10A you will have opportunities to care for a range of patients, with a variety of complex conditions and additional needs, supported by highly trained professionals.
As the speciality of Frailty , we provide excellent care to our patients and are supported by our Multidisciplinary team of Health Care Assistants, Nurses, Consultants, therapy teams and Nurse Specialists. All disciplines work closely with one another to ensure our teams are fully supported to deliver high quality care.
If you have any experience in working within an environment treating patients with multiplex needs , then we would love for you to apply, although if not please be assured that our staff are fully supported through your induction to ensure each member of the team is adequately equipped and confident to deal with our busy ward environment.

Assess, plan develop and implement programmes of care to patients, providing advice in a variety of settings.
Carry out nursing procedures in line with current NMC standards of proficiency.
Ensure the health, wellbeing and independence of patients and service users across healthcare settings, maintaining associated records, ensuring all patients receive safe and effective care at all times.
Supervision of junior staff and all learners
