Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse (DHA/DOH Licensed/Eligible) to provide high-quality home healthcare services to pediatric patients. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing ventilator-dependent patients, PEG tube feeding, and tracheostomy care, while ensuring safe, patient-centered care in the home setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the patient's condition, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, providing respiratory and nutritional support, educating family members on ongoing care, and responding promptly to emergencies. Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Requirements

• Valid DHA/DOH License or DHA/DOH Eligibility Letter.
• Proven experience in pediatric /Gediatric home healthcare.
• Hands-on experience with ventilator management, PEG tube feeding, and tracheostomy care.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently.
