The Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center offers both inpatient and outpatient services, including several outreach centers as well as clinic- and community-based services.     FLSA Status Non-exempt Job Role Summary The Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center Staff Nurse performs nursing services as a health team member in Outreach clinics. This position provides health education and patient counseling to control and prevent disease and promote optimum health and wellbeing of clients. This position responds to health needs of patients when seen in the clinic by identifying and assessing health care requirement of problems expressed.Essential Functions and Responsibilities Proactively contributes to Eskenazi Health's mission: Advocate, Care, Teach and Serve with special emphasis on the vulnerable population of Marion County.
