JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates clinical care for patients under his/her care.
• Performs clinic generic nursing duties like phlebotomy, injection and assisting in clinic procedures.
• Conducts pre and post procedure information, admission and discharge planning.
• Collaborates ad co-operates with the physicians and other health care personnel, for a smooth delivery of patient care.
• Any other duties as delegated by the department reporting officer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing or equivalent with at least2 years of Clinical nursing experience.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Self – motivated and able to work well in a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment as well as being flexible and open to changes.
