As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality haemodialysis care to patients with end stage renal failure. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that patients receive safe, effective, and person-centred treatment.
To provide high-quality, effective, individualised care to all haemodialysis patients
To assess care needs and independently develop, implement and evaluate care plans.
