STAFF NURSE – RMN/RGN/RNLD

We are looking for a committed and passionate Nurse who can deliver excellent person centred care for people who have enduring mental health problems. The Links is a mental health care home with 85 beds.
Requirements
We expect that you will be a first level nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a current PIN with a least 2 years post registration experience.
Hours available are 24hrs (2 shift per week) nights
The Role
Within the role the candidate will work with the Clinical Lead to ensure the home runs effectively and efficiently and that the care provided is of the highest quality.

Specific roles include:

• Participating in pre-admission assessments, assessing client care requirements
• Providing safe and effective processes for the ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording and disposal of drugs
• Auditing and monitoring Care Plans and Risk Assessments, ensuring reviews are carried out in line with policy and best practice
• Participating in supervision and appraisal of staff
