Job Purpose Qualification: Graduate; 1st division in 10th, 12th and MBBS MD / DNB Anesthesia Relevant Experience: 5+ years of experience in field of Anesthesia Responsibilities Cognitive Clinical Management Perform and document pre-anesthetic checkup Formulate anesthetic plan of care Obtain and document informed consent Order appropriate investigations Interpret hemodynamic parameters in critically ill patients Interpret laboratory & radiology results Orders transfusions of blood and blood products Order appropriate medication and other orders Clinical Non-invasive Management Perform cardio-pulmonary resuscitation Orders, adjusts artificial feeding modalities Clinical Invasive Management Performs arterial puncture Inserts central venous catheter Performs oral endotrachial intubation Performs nasal endotrachcial intubation Performs nasogastric intubation Inserts urethral catheter Administer regional anesthesia* Administer general anesthesia* * Procedure always requires presence of Consultant and above Requirements and skills Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task. Compassionate with good communication skills. Excellent teamwork skills MBBS MD / DNB Anesthesia __PRESENT
Responsibilities
The Staff Nurse will perform and document pre-anesthetic checkups, formulate anesthetic plans, and manage clinical procedures related to anesthesia. Responsibilities also include interpreting laboratory results and performing various invasive and non-invasive management tasks.
