• Convenient work location (Novena)
• Clinic hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Mon-Fri); 8:30am - 12:30pm (Sat)
• Salary: Up to $5000 per month (depending on experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carry out general nursing responsibilities, including clinical procedures and monitoring of patients’ vital signs.
• Support doctors during procedures and minor surgery
• Support doctors during patient consultations, examinations, and treatments.
• Conduct routine checks on medications and ensure emergency equipment is in working order.
• Manage front-desk duties such as appointment scheduling, patient registration, medication dispensing, payment collection, and related administrative tasks.
• Assist the Clinic Manager in ensuring the clinic operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Handle documentation and submission of TPA (Third-Party Administrator), Medisave, insurance claims, and other required forms.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment.
• Participate in administrative tasks including ordering, stock-taking of drugs and consumables, and payment processing.
• Provide patients and their families with relevant health information and education.
• Undertake additional nursing-related duties and ad-hoc departmental tasks as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/ Degree in Nursing
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board and possess a valid Practicing Certificate
• Prior experience in providing assistance in the operating theatre is advantageous
