• ontinuously monitor vital signs (heart rate, oxygen levels, blood pressure, etc.)
• Perform regular physical assessments and neurological checks
• Detect and respond to changes in patient conditions promptly
• Administer IV fluids, medications, and blood products
• Manage ventilators, central lines, feeding tubes, and other life-support equipment
• Carry out physician’s orders accurately and timely
• Perform CPR or other life-saving interventions when necessary
• Assist in code blue and rapid response situations
• Ensure readiness for emergency procedures
• Work closely with pediatricians, intensivists, respiratory therapists, and other nurses
• Attend team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
