Contract: Full-Time, Days/Nights – Rotational Shifts (36 Hours per Week)
Salary: £20.00 per hour + Paid Breaks
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our nursing team in Haverfordwest. This is a full-time role offering a balanced days and nights rotational shift pattern, ensuring variety and excellent exposure to both acute and long-term nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee care staff during shifts, ensuring smooth handovers.
  • Carry out assessments, care planning, and reviews in line with best practice.
  • Ensure compliance with NMC standards, CQC regulations, and internal policies.
  • Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing for all residents.

Requirements

  • NMC Registered General Nurse (RGN).
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to work both days and nights.
  • Previous experience in a care home or nursing home setting is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • A compassionate and patient-centred approach to nursing.
