The post holder will supervise the working of health care assistants and support workersand support the training and assessment of student nurses, whilst demonstrating the trustValues and Behaviours for nursing and midwifery staff at all times. The post holder has a duty of care to patients and is expected to comply fully with best practice standards and comply with trust policies for personal and patient safety and the prevention of healthcare associated infection
