ABOUT SYNCHRON

Synchron is a neurotechnology company with a mission to deliver the first commercially scalable brain-computer interface (BCI) for millions of people with paralysis to reconnect with the world. Our minimally invasive BCI system is designed to enable users to control digital devices directly through thought, restoring access and control over the digital world. Our team is working at the intersection of healthcare and technology to translate breakthrough research into real-world care.
Join us in shaping a more connected and accessible future.
As a Staff Senior Accountant on our Accounting and Finance team, you will be instrumental in overseeing and executing daily accounting activities. Working closely with the Assistant Controller, you will contribute meaningfully to core accounting operations, financial reporting, and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to grow alongside a scaling organization. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are eager to take on a range of responsibilities—big and small—and are motivated by a mission-driven team working to make a meaningful impact.
This role offers a front-row seat to the transformative work of world-class scientists and engineers committed to changing lives for the better.
