Description SIGNING BONUS! The Bleeding & Clotting Disorders Institute, the only Federally Recognized Center of Excellence south of Chicago, is adding an additional full-time Pharmacist to our growing team. This role consists of interpreting physician prescriptions and medication orders, acting as a drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary department personnel, consulting with patients as needed regarding new medication(s) and or dosage changes, and filling and processing of wholesale orders. This position also includes coverage for the on-call schedule approximately one week per month. Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000 Pay is determined by experience & skills. Requirements PharmD from accredited university Licensed as a Pharmacist in the state of Illinois Two or more years administrative pharmacy experience helpful Non-sterile and sterile compounding experience a plus Specialty pharmacy experience a plus
