JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Staff Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical pharmacy, patient care, and medication management, and must be registered with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP). This role involves close collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes through effective medication therapy management. The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care, conducting patient assessments, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulatory standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmacology, physiology, and anatomy.
  • Familiarity with compounding techniques is essential.
  • Proficient in using Kroll pharmacy software.
  • Excellent communication and patient service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities
