Description

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a full-time permanent position at our independent community pharmacy in Paris, Ontario. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care while contributing to the growth and development of our practice. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional pharmaceutical services, build meaningful patient relationships, and play an integral role in our community-focused healthcare team. Software: Kroll software
Staff Support: Assistant on-site
Schedule: M – F (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM), Sat (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Licensed & Experienced: Registered with OCP, with experience in community pharmacy and proficient with compounding.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Kroll software
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage a pharmacy with minimal support (initially no assistant).
  • Patient-Focused: Strong communication skills and a commitment to personalized care.
  • Long-Term Commitment: Seeking a stable, permanent role with a vested interest in the pharmacy’s success.
