About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in Perth, ON. This role offers the opportunity to work in a busy community pharmacy with 300-500 prescriptions per day, supported by a skilled assistant team. You’ll provide exceptional patient care, manage dispensary operations, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize health outcomes.

Key Details:

• Salary: $70–$75/hour (commensurate with experience).
• Bonus: Up to $15,000 CAD (performance-based).
• Vacation: 2–3 weeks paid vacation.
• Schedule: Full-time hours with flexibility (to be discussed during interview).
• Support: Assistant staff available to streamline workflow.

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
• Experience in a high-volume community pharmacy preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and patient-centered approach.
• Familiarity with Healthwatch pharmacy software is an asset.
