We’re hiring a full-time Staff Pharmacist to join a busy, well-staffed community pharmacy located on the Sunshine Coast. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking to escape the fast pace and long commutes of city life while still practicing at the top of their scope in a supportive and high-functioning environment.

Position Highlights
Role: Full-Time Staff Pharmacist
Location: Sunshine Coast
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Full-Time, Permanent
System: Healthwatch
Volume: 300–500 Rx/day
Team: Strong assistant support, overlapping pharmacist coverage
What You’ll Do
Dispense and verify prescriptions with clinical accuracy
Deliver top-tier patient care including counseling and medication reviews
Provide injections and participate in professional services (MedsChecks, minor ailments, etc.)
Collaborate with pharmacy team and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain high standards of regulatory compliance and workflow efficiency
Licensing Requirements
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in British Columbia
Injection certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Compensation & Perks
Compensation: Up to $75/hour
Signing Bonus: $60,000
Vacation: 2 Weeks
