Full-Time Staff Pharmacist Opportunity – Northwest Territories

Position Details
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (pharmacy closed weekends and holidays – very rare in community pharmacy!)
System: Kroll (hard copy workflow)
Dispensary Volume: Approx. 170 prescriptions/day
Team Support: Collaborate with 2 other pharmacists and a pharmacy assistant for a supportive and efficient work environment
Duties: Traditional dispensary responsibilities (no injections required)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $160,000/yr (based on ~35 hrs/week – with some weeks averaging more)
Bonuses: Retention Bonus + Christmas Bonus (combined approx. $20,000/year)
Vacation: 6 weeks of holidays/year + 12% vacation pay
Flight Reimbursement: Up to $3,000 when going on holidays (covered by the pharmacy)
Relocation Support: Moving costs covered (to be discussed directly with owner), with potential housing assistance
Workload Balance: Weekend work only 1 in every 3 weekends, ensuring great work-life balance
