Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate dispensing and review of prescribed medications.
  • Provide expert medication counseling on proper use and potential side effects.
  • Conduct thorough medication reviews (MedsCheck) in collaboration with patients and physicians.
  • Offer professional advice on OTC products, vitamins, and wellness management.
  • Maintain full compliance with all Ontario College of Pharmacists standards and practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Current licensure in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
  • Exceptional clinical knowledge and outstanding patient communication skills.
  • Experience with common pharmacy management systems, Kroll is an asset.
  • Dedication to ethical pharmaceutical practice and a passion for community health.
