Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care through clinical services, medication reviews, and health consultations.
  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently using the Delta pharmacy system.
  • Offer compassionate counseling and clear communication to patients about their medications.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and lead pharmacy assistants and students, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Participate in inventory management and uphold all professional, legal, and regulatory standards.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) or a soon-to-be graduate eligible for licensure.
  • Strong patient-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and safety.
