The Global Business Solutions Group Product Growth team represents a new approach to accelerating business outcomes through a data-driven and surgical approach to product funnel optimization. This team and its charter are being built from the ground up, with a relentless focus on assembling world-class growth talent passionate about defining the future of Product Growth at Intuit.As a Staff Product Designer on the Product Growth team, you will lead the design strategy and execution of high-impact growth initiatives. Your role will involve crafting user-centric experiences that drive scalable growth across business units and the company. Collaborating within a dedicated pod of Engineering, Product Management, and Data Science teammates, you will ensure alignment and excellence in execution across the organization. As the Growth function continues to scale, this role offers opportunities to assume broader leadership responsibilities.

EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of driving growth through user-centered design and experimentation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, data science, and research.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with and influence other Design, Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering leaders to drive outcomes.
