About the Role As a Staff Product Designer at Veeam, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our user experience across the Veeam products. Whether your focus is on advancing our Design System, defining common workflows, driving growth, or delivering end-to-end experiences for key workloads, you’ll be empowered to lead high-impact initiatives that simplify complexity, accelerate innovation, and deliver measurable business value. You’ll collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams, leverage AI to accelerate research and design, and help set the standard for world-class, unified, and accessible product experiences. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.
