We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to join our Product Management team. This role is for our San Jose, CA office and is hybrid. Reporting to the Manager, Product Design, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end product designs across multiple products and creating experiences that delight customers
  • Developing scalable and flexible global design guidelines to ensure consistent user interfaces as our product portfolio grows
  • Rapidly visualizing and prototyping multiple product directions, validating hypotheses, and understanding business and technical impacts
  • Driving innovation in experience design by applying best practices and deep user understanding through research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests
  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Content, and Marketing to deliver a cohesive experience across all channels

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

  • 8+ years of UX and/or Product Design experience, including at least 5 years designing for enterprise or B2B domains
  • Demonstrated track record of shipping world-class product designs using Figma, Sketch, or comparable tools, with a focus on creating simple, intuitive solutions for complex problems
  • Strong visual design skills with expertise in creating pixel-perfect, high-fidelity designs and contributing to Design Systems
  • U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role
  • Deep understanding of technical limitations and front-end development practices, such as HTML, CSS, and JS frameworks, and ability to present a UX Design portfolio, case studies, anonymized work samples, or presentations
