As a Staff Product Manager for AI, you'll own one of the most visible and strategically important product areas at Affinity: the AI experiences that dealmakers use to do their most important work. You’ll define the strategy and roadmap for Affinity’s agentic and conversational AI products, while leading our labs framework to enable our broader product team with a structured way to bet on, validate, and ship AI features. You'll be external-facing, working closely with customers and senior leadership to shape the future of AI-powered dealmaking. That means conducting user research, running beta programs, leading design and engineering sprints, defining success metrics, and shipping experiences that move the needle for the sophisticated dealmakers who rely on Affinity every day. The team you'll be part of operates with a startup-within-a-startup mindset: fast, focused, and optimizing for learning. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and one of the most relationship-driven industries in the world. You're excited about this opportunity because you will: Foster a deep understanding of our customers and their workflows through research, data analysis, and direct engagement with sales, customer success, and dealmakers themselves. Own and evolve Affinity's chat product and the agentic experiences we build on top of it, from early research and prototyping through beta and general availability. Define and steward the labs framework that gives the: the process by which the broader product team a structured way to evaluate AI experiments and runs AI experiments, measures success, and graduates the most promising ideas into the core product. Work directly with the CEO, senior leadership team, and customers to shape the strategic direction of AI at Affinity, from early concept through live product. Develop product strategy for your ownership area, including business cases, success metrics, and a clear point of view on where AI creates genuine value for dealmakers. Partner closely with engineering, applied science, and design teams to lead discovery, definition, and delivery, maintaining a short feedback loop with real users throughout. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles. 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in B2B A track record of shipping AI experiences that customers actually touch: from prototype to production, you've owned the full journey. A track record of moving fast and experimenting: you prototype, test with real users, and iterate before committing to a full build. Strong executive presence and the ability to influence without authority across engineering, design, GTM, leadership, and customers. Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating the complexity that comes with them. Deep understanding and empathy for users, and a proven track record of translating that empathy into product decisions. Please note that the role compensation details below reflect the base salary only and do not include any equity or benefits. This represents the salary range that Affinity believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting, that it will pay for the posted job. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $176,000 to $220,000 CAD. Within the range, individual pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant.
