QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. An advanced degree (Master’s, PhD) is a plus but not required.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years in AI/ML-driven products.
  • Prior experience on fine tuning, optimizing and productizing computer vision models such as Yolo, ResNet, CNN etc.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML model development, training data, inference optimization, and cloud AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).
  • Deep knowledge of IoT architectures, including edge computing constraints (latency, compute, power efficiency) and cloud AI scaling.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in MLOps, A/B testing, and AI model performance evaluation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Staff Product Manager specializing in Camera Analytics & Computer Vision, you will take ownership of the strategy, execution, and lifecycle management of products in the camera and computer vision space. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the vision, drive product requirements, and ensure seamless integration of advanced analytics and AI capabilities into our offerings. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of how we analyze and interpret multi-modal data, derive insights and continuously measure model performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for camera analytics and other computer vision products
  • Prioritize AI features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Define and optimize key AI model performance metrics such as precision-recall, latency, power efficiency etc.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI/ML trends, edge computing advancements, and cloud AI services to drive innovation.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, systems engineering, and cloud infrastructure teams to define and deliver AI-powered product capabilities.
  • Align with regulatory and security teams to ensure AI-powered solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.
  • Establish a tight feedback loop with customers and market intelligence to continuously improve camera analytics.
  • Communicate product vision and roadmap to executive leadership, partners, and key stakeholders.
