Description
Ready to be a Titan? ServiceTitan is looking for a strategic, high-agency Staff Product Manager to spearhead our international presence in Australia. In this role, you will act as a key owner of the Australian product roadmap, working in a "startup within a scale-up" environment to adapt ServiceTitan’s leading platform for the Australian market. You won't just be adapting features; you’ll be defining how ServiceTitan wins in a new hemisphere. You will navigate a fast-paced, ambiguous environment to localize our platform—tackling everything from accounting integrations to regional telecom nuances—while serving as the internal advocate for Australian tradies. If you are a customer-obsessed leader who thrives on autonomy and wants to build the foundation for our next major market, we want to hear from you. What you’ll do: Define the Vision: Own the multi-year product roadmap for Australia, balancing immediate localization needs (e.g., GST compliance, date-time modifications) with long-term market differentiators that unblock Sales and drive long-term retention. Drive Discovery: Lead deep-dive customer research with Australian contractors to uncover unarticulated needs, ensuring we build "pro-grade" solutions rather than just checking boxes. Translate these insights into actionable requirements to build against. Influence and Execute: Act as a global advocate, collaborating with US-based core product teams to ensure our global architecture is built for seamless internationalization. Define and deliver Australia-specific functionality with engineering & design partners. GTM Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with our Australian Go-To-Market team (Sales, Implementation, and Success) to ensure they’re equipped to serve our customers effectively and iterate on feedback. Measure Impact: Establish and track region-specific metrics—product adoption, localized feature parity, and churn—that roll up into ServiceTitan’s global targets. What you’ll bring: Experience: 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS Market Entry Expertise: Proven track record of launching products in new geographic markets or managing complex localization/internationalization projects. Technical Sophistication: Deep comfort with complex integrations—including accounting ecosystems (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and API-heavy telecom workflows. Entrepreneurial Grit: A "scrappy" founder’s mindset. You are comfortable operating with high autonomy, limited resources, and the stakes of a new market entry. You can influence partner teams who don’t have the visibility into the local market that you bring. Strategic Communication: The ability to distill complex regional requirements into a compelling "why" for executive leadership and cross-functional partners. Analytical Rigor: A data-first approach to prioritization, using both quantitative metrics and qualitative "boots on the ground" insights to make tough trade-off decisions. Strategic Time-Zone Alignment: Ability to work an adjusted schedule (e.g., 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM AEST) to ensure high-bandwidth collaboration and synchronous overlap with our US-based engineering and product teams. ‌‌ Be Human With Us: Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. It’s about the experiences we have, people we meet, and the perspectives we share. So, if you have the skills but are hesitant to apply because of your background, apply anyway. We need amazing people like you to help us challenge the conventional and think differently about the problems that we’re solving. We’re in this together. Come be human, with us. Use of AI Technology: We use technology, including automated and AI-assisted tools, to support certain aspects of our recruitment process. These tools are designed to improve efficiency and enhance the candidate experience. AI tools are not used to make hiring decisions; all hiring decisions are made by our hiring teams. What We Offer: When you join our team, you’re not just accepting a job. You’re making a career move. Here’s how we’ll support you in doing some of the most impactful work of your career: Flextime, recognition, and support for autonomous work: Flexible time off with ample learning and development opportunities to continue growing your career. We offer a comprehensive onboarding program, leadership training for Titans at all levels, and other programs and events. Great work is rewarded through Bonusly, peer-nominated awards, and more. Health and wellness benefits: Monthly wellness stipend, company-paid life and disability, and an employee assistance program. Support for Titans at all stages of life: Parental leave and support, up to $20k in adoption reimbursement, on demand maternity support through Maven Maternity, financial planning tools, and more. EEO Statement: ServiceTitan is an equal opportunity employer and complies with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and all applicable anti-discrimination laws. We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds. Privacy: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy. Right to Work: Applicants must have the right to work in Australia. We’re building the first end-to-end solution to transform the trades, a trillion-dollar global industry that’s been underserved by technology for far too long.
