Description
Manage multiple customer engagements by understanding business and technical requirements and ensuring accurate interpretation for internal engineering teams. Represent Product Management in Product Development Team meetings, translating product spec trade-offs into business impact and advocating for customer needs. Drive product strategy and roadmap alignment meetings, reporting status and highlighting key risks to achieving business goals. Develop and optimize cases for products, including unit cost, capex, revenue, R&D, opportunity cost, and return on investment analysis. Prepare and present Stage Gate materials (Stage Gate 1 and 2) for high-performance memory products. MBA or Master's degree in Engineering (preferred) with 7+ years of experience in product development or engineering within semiconductor or computing systems. Proven track record to work with cross-functional teams across multiple global sites and maintain structured, organized workflows. Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a consistent track record of strategy development. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as the need arises. Direct experience with HBM technology and familiarity with high-performance memory products. Demonstrated business insight and ability to complete complex technical projects successfully. Experience in competitive analysis and maintaining market intelligence reports. Skilled in operational excellence initiatives and process improvement within product management teams. Highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of acting as a secondary/back-up product manager for assigned products.
