MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS….

  • 7+ years relevant Product Management experience
  • Proven experience building AI or GenAI-powered products at scale
  • Sharp product intuition, especially in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS….

  • Background in trend forecasting, consumer product innovation, or fast-moving industries
  • Experience in strategy consulting or corporate development
  • Passion for where culture meets commerce

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

This is far from a traditional PM role. You’ll be at the forefront of:

  • Real-time insights from massive data streams (social, search, behavioral)
  • Leading the development of AI/GenAI-powered tools for product creation
  • Deep collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and senior leadership
