  • Analyze project data to support decision-making and ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify risks and opportunities
  • Require advanced analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Provide support to Program Manager, Contracting, or senior-level Engineering personnel in the areas of: integrated program scheduling, configuration management, finance and accounting, contracting, data analyses, database development or manipulation, preparation of technical/program reports or briefings, test plans and reports, and associated documentation, test or validation/verification assistance
  • Plan/oversee test or project events as assigned by Program Manager or Engineering supervisor, report status and results
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Education/Training:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related scientific or technical discipline required

Experience:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in the task area required
  • 5+ years of experience with data entry, creation and administration of relational database systems such as MS Access, Oracle, or equivalent required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
  • Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
  • Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
  • Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time
