Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Implement production strategy for the assigned product portfolio in collaboration with the involved production sites Lead transfer & change projects and focus/task force teams in case of customer escalations in a global multicultural setup Coordinate and drive product ramp-up and safe launch for assigned projects Commit yourself to milestones and targets regarding cost, yield,volume shipped and quality from start of the transfer project to completion of ramp-up phase Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A degree in electronic, electrical / industrial engineering or physics 5+ years of experience in semiconductor industry (wafer processes,assembly, test, package development) Intercultural and broad communication skills to lead global transferand change projects Experience in working in multicultural organizations Project management skills Ability to structure complex situations considering dependencies and priorities Knowledge about planning and supply chain processes AI tools know-how and usage is a plus Fluent in English and Mandarin is a plus #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
