Expansion Site Selection & Resource Assessment Analyze the cost, availability, and scalability potential for future land and facility expansion. Ensure stable and efficient water and power supply, especially in resource-constrained regions like Taiwan. Assess the availability of skilled labor and overall workforce cost. Evaluate logistics and transportation efficiency for raw material and finished goods movement. Ensure adherence to emission standards, carbon tax regulations, and sustainability requirements. Coordinate specialized tax consultation and incentive programs. Facilitate migrant worker quota applications. Manage housing tax, land tax, and rental support programs. Advise on return on investment, rental yield, and asset allocation strategies. Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal, and HR teams to build cross-functional teams. Perform comprehensive feasibility studies, including risk and opportunity assessments. Implement strict project controls, conduct regular reviews, and adjust plans as needed to ensure flawless execution!
