This is a key position within the R&D organization, a highly visible role with an opportunity to have an impact on Nokia’s growth and success. You will manage the design and development of optical line system products using Outside Design and Manufacturing (ODM) suppliers with support from Nokia’s Engineering teams. You will be responsible for the successful development and launch of new products, measured by variety of time-to-market, cost, and product quality metrics.
