As a Staff Recruiter, you will be a strategic talent advisor at the heart of our innovation engine. This role is designed for a high-impact professional who excels in hiring for technical and non technical talent in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Talent Advisory: Partner deeply with senior engineering and business leaders to understand complex technical roadmaps and translate them into robust hiring strategies. Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-level technical roles, ensuring an elite candidate experiences Advanced Sourcing: Utilize data-driven methods and AI-enabled tools to identify and engage passive talent in niche semiconductor, hardware, and software domains. Market Intelligence: Act as a subject matter expert on the global talent landscape, providing hiring managers with real-time data on market trends, competitor movements, and salary benchmarks. Diversity & Inclusion: Drive AMD’s commitment to an inclusive workforce by building diverse pipelines and ensuring equitable assessment practices in every search. Process Excellence: Contribute to the continuous improvement of global TA programs, such as refining interviewer training, optimizing ATS workflows, and enhancing employer branding. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Experience: Specialist in full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within the semiconductor, hardware engineering, or high-tech industries. Consultative Approach: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and act as a trusted advisor Adaptability: Ability to navigate ambiguity and excel in a high-growth, globally distributed environment. Tools: Expertise in modern ATS (e.g., iCIMS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered sourcing platforms.
