Description
Partner with stakeholders to drive hiring initiatives for SG&A, Ops Support, and related business groups (e.g., Smart Manufacturing/AI, Procurement, Supply Chain, Data Center, Cloud Memory, Finance, People, Legal). Advise and collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs and recruiting strategies. Provide regular updates to business leaders on hiring progress and pipeline activity to ensure alignment and informed decision-making. Source, assess, and present qualified candidates for specialized and hard-to-fill roles. Cultivate strong working relationships with Talent Acquisition team members, internal/external clients, and candidates to foster collaborative partnerships and consistent hiring success. Mentor or support the development of other recruiters. Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle experience recruiting for SG&A and Global Operations Support functions in the semiconductor industry Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders. Experience supporting both domestic and global hiring initiatives. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. Experience recruiting for additional business groups such as Smart Manufacturing/AI, Procurement, Supply Chain, Data Center, IT, Finance, People, and Legal. Experience mentoring recruiters. Global semiconductor recruiting experience.
