The Staff Revenue Manager will play a critical role in optimizing revenue performance across short-term and mid-length rental portfolios. This hands-on role involves developing and implementing revenue management strategies, frameworks, and processes that drive measurable financial gains for clients. You will partner closely with operators and internal teams, providing data-driven insights, pricing recommendations, and market context to improve performance. Generate weekly pacing reports and monthly strategy recommendations with actionable insights to optimize financial performance. Provide training, benchmarking, and context to operators to help them understand and act on their data effectively. Document, standardize, and improve revenue management processes, SOPs, and best practices. Share practitioner insights to inform product development and revenue management education initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure revenue strategies are executed effectively and at scale. Requirements: Proven experience managing revenue for short-term or vacation rental portfolios. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly and persuasively. Detail-oriented and process-driven, with experience building repeatable, scalable workflows. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with ambiguity and change. Genuine interest in technology and willingness to deepen expertise in revenue management platforms.
